Thieves steal hundreds of bottles of body lotion

Hundreds of bottles of body lotion were stolen from a lorry parked in a lay-by.

The theft happened between 10pm on Wednesday (May 28) and 6am the next day in Cambridge Road, Hemingford Grey.

A large hole was cut in the vehicle's side curtain and 10 pallets of Johnsons lotion were stolen, bearing 640, 250ml bottles.

Detective Constable Karaline Cox, from Ramsey Police Station, said: "I am appealing for anyone with information about this theft to come forward and I would particularly like to speak to anyone who has been offered these goods for sale."
