A man was robbed of his jacket as he walked home from a night out in Huntingdon.
The 19-year-old from Huntingdon had just left Cromwells bar and was walking between the Huntingdon Town Council and Job Centre buildings when the attack happened at about 1.55am on Saturday (April 26).

A youth who had been sat on a flower bed got up and blocked his way before asking for a cigarette and then for his jacket.

The victim refused both demands, but then three further youths approached from behind and wrestled the jacket away from him.

The victim fought back and the attackers fled across Trinity Place car park towards Sainsbury's.

The robbers are all described as black youths.

Detective Constable Julia Coker, from Huntingdon Police Station, said: "I am appealing for anyone with information about this attack to contact police.

"It happened in the early hours of the morning, but someone may have seen the men fleeing the scene."

>> Anyone with information should contact DC Coker on 0845 456 456 4, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
